In your message, it’s helpful to briefly describe your idea and the desired size. If you have any reference images or visual inspiration, you’re welcome to share those as well — we’ll get back to you within a few days.
No special preparation is needed — just come with a bit of inspiration. We provide all the tools and materials you’ll need, along with drinks and snacks.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting a little messy. You’ll be working with different materials, so you might end up a bit fuzzy or gluey by the end.
You can sign up for workshops via the Book Your Spot button. On the booking page, you’ll find all available dates. Choose the one that works for you and click the ‘Learn More’ button.
In the pop-up window, you can choose which workshop you’d like to join. Once you’ve made your selection, click the ‘Book Your Spot’ button to complete your booking. You’ll receive an automatic email confirmation after a successful booking.
No, you’re more than welcome to join our workshops as a beginner. We’ll guide you through the entire process, so you’ll feel comfortable even if it’s your first time trying tufting.
Our workshops are kept small, with a maximum of 8 participants, so everyone gets the attention and support they need throughout the process. This way, you can create in a calm and supportive atmosphere.
It depends on which workshop you attended. You can take your piece home on the same day only if you joined a BOBA Mini Frame or BOBA Mirror workshop.
For all other workshops, your rug needs time to dry, so it can be picked up at the studio from the following day at the earliest. In every case, we’ll personally arrange a pickup time with you at the end of the workshop.
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend your workshop, please notify us by e-mail at hello@bobastudio.hu. Bookings may be modified up to 48 hours before the start of the workshop.
Changes requested within 48 hours of the workshop cannot be rescheduled or refunded, as materials and preparation will already be in place.
